It feels more like Christmas around here (and the rest of the country, I hear, too). It nearly snowed last night but thankfully we escaped with just a 36 degree low. A big change from 85 degrees last weekend! Thank goodness Danny has nice warm pjs for the occasion. Thank you to the Benders for the Easter toys!
The big news this Easter: DANNY HAS TEETH!
They started poking through on April Fool's Day, which I thought was appropriate. But I wanted to wait to make the big announcement since we've had false-alarm teeth sightings since he was 5 months old! Just as I suspected, his top teeth are coming in at exactly the same time as the bottom. In fact, he now just has his top right tooth and his bottom right tooth. A little lop-sided, but we'll take what we can get. I got this picture of the elusive top tooth a couple days ago. Won't be long before he has a nice toothy grin!
We planned on going to church this morning like a good little Christian family, but Danny and I both woke up with stuffy noses. So instead of giving everyone a nice Easter morning infection, we decided to stay home and take it easy. Danny put on his non-religious yet Easter-appropriate "Chicks Dig Me" shirt and dumped some Cheetah Chomps out on the carpet to munch on.
