Tyler: Donated to Science

There are so many photos and stories I've forgotten to share while I've been so busy. Here's one:

Tyler was invited to the University of Texas Infant Cognition Lab to participate in his very first study. Danny went three times when he was little -- the last time he went, his vocabuary was too broad for his age group and he threw the whole study off. That's my boy. The one Tyler just took part in studies whether older infants respond more positively towards attractive people than, well, not-so-attractive people. He was shown a bunch of pictures while he was video taped and his brain waves were monitored (thus, the handsome cap). I personally couldn't tell if he responded any differently. I do know that for one picture, he pointed and said "mama" -- thankfully, I believe the person on the screen at the moment was one of the "attractive" people. At least that's what I told myself at the time.
