Waiting to see some cute Thanksgiving photos? Hate to break the news, but we don't have any! Why? Danny got sick Thanksgiving morning and has been sick ever since! Yep. Our entire holiday weekend was consumed with nursing a child back to health. In fact, my Thanksgiving dinner consisted of a frozen waffle that I shared with the little guy between naps on my lap while I watched the Ghost Hunters marathon on the SciFi channel. We had so many great plans with our friends this weekend. But that's how it goes!
Some kuddos: Thanks, Nancy, for the unbelievable Thanksgiving leftovers you send home with Mark. It literally brought me to tears (I think the mashed potatoes did it) finally being able to savor a taste of Thanksgiving after a long, long day of being covered in not-so-desirable things. And Julia, that was the best post-Thanksgiving sandwich ever! I ate the entire apple pie myself, too.
This picture was taken last week but it represents how Danny's week has been. He's feeling tons better so he's actually gone off to school this morning. I fully expect he'll get yet another ear infection out of the deal, though. I suppose I should stay positive!
Anyway, hope you had a great Thanksgiving and a great start to the rest of the holiday season!
PS -- Since it's gotten chilly, Danny's been waking up several times a night because he wiggled out of his blanket. We put the blanket back on and he falls right back to sleep. We've tried tucking him in tightly but he has always flopped around like a little fish and always gets out of it (and ends up facing the opposite direction even). Any advice? Please leave a comment or email me!

you could try turning up the heater. you might be a little warm, but the tiny ones without blankets seem to like it(hehe.) I also have broken out the very furry flannel jammies for Hunter. This a.m. she slept in until 8:00!
